There are two solutions to get PCBest Network LiveTalk Service.
Solution 1:
We provide a link to you. You put the link on your website. When your customers want to talk with you, they just simply click the link. This service is free
if you have a VOIP phone to receive the call.
Try it right now. It is free and very easy to set up.
Step 1: Sign up an account. This SIP account is used for you to answer LiveTalk calls. Customers(who use LiveTalk phone on your web site to call you) don't need any SIP account, because they don't answer calls.
Step 2: Login your account.
Step 3: In Basic Setting, enable the LiveTalk Service.
Step 4: Update your basic setting.
Step 5: Copy the code showing in basic setting to your site.
Step 6: Setup a SIP phone(Any software or hardware phone) with
your account to answer LiveTalk calls. You can use our web phone to answer web calls too.
Step 7: Test your SIP software or hardware phone. It must be able to register to our SIP server by using your account.(You can call 8888 or 8000 to see if
it works).
Step 8: On other computers, Luanch the web page on your site to test LiveTalk phone. When you click dial button on your web LiveTalk phone, your previous setting phone(with your PCBest SIP account) should be able to ring and answer.
If you want to receive your LiveTalk by a regular phone number, you can do so by setting your number into LiveTalk Contact.

Solution 2:
We made a customized SIP ActiveX Control for you. You use this ActiveX control on your website. When your customers want to talk to you,
they just use the phone to call your number. Contact us for the quote of your customized ActiveX phone.
