PCBest Phone - License Agreement

PCBest Phone (the "Software") is licensed, not sold. By installing or using
the Software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or
use it.

1. FREE USE

   You may install and use the Software free of charge, on any number of
   devices:
     - for personal, non-business use; and
     - by non-profit organizations, charities, and schools, colleges and
       universities, including their staff, volunteers and students when
       they use it for that organization's work or studies.

2. BUSINESS USE NEEDS A PAID LICENSE

   Any business use requires a commercial license from PC Best Networks.
   "Business use" means any use, other than the free use in section 1:
     - by or for a company, partnership, sole trader or self-employed person,
       government body or other organization; or
     - in connection with any trade, business or profession, or to earn money,
       including use by employees or contractors in their work.

3. SHARING

   You may give others unchanged copies of the complete installation package,
   free of charge. Anyone who receives a copy is bound by this agreement.
   You may not sell, rent or lease the Software, or bundle it with a product
   or service that is sold, without written permission from PC Best Networks.

4. RESTRICTIONS

   You may not modify, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer
   the Software, except where the law allows this despite this restriction.
   You may not remove or change any copyright notice or this agreement.

5. EMERGENCY CALLS

   The Software is not a replacement for a regular telephone. It needs a
   working internet connection, power and a SIP service, and it may not be
   able to reach emergency services or give them your location. Do not rely
   on it for emergency calls.

6. CALL RECORDING

   The Software can record calls. Laws in many places require that everyone
   on a call is told about, or agrees to, a recording. You are responsible
   for following the laws that apply to you.

7. OTHER SOFTWARE

   On Linux, the Software uses libraries of the operating system (such as
   GTK and OpenSSL). They are not part of the Software and are covered by
   their own licenses.

8. NO WARRANTY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PC BEST NETWORKS BE LIABLE
   FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, INCLUDING LOST CALLS, LOST
   DATA, LOST PROFITS OR CHARGES FROM YOUR TELEPHONE SERVICE, ARISING FROM
   THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

10. ENDING THIS AGREEMENT

   This agreement ends automatically if you break its terms. You must then
   stop using the Software and delete all copies.
